This place was absolutely amazing! The location was perfect, with a small parking space and only a short walk into town. The cottage itself was lovely, with a well-stocked kitchen, fireplace, and cozy blankets. The wi-fi was a definite plus. The decor and furnishings were top-notch, easily accommodating our group of 5 and our dog. We were even welcomed with a bottle of wine and a starter pack of logs for the wood-burning fire. There was a convenient moor nearby for dog walks with stunning views. Superb! No smoking on site, pets allowed, and plenty of towels available. Don't miss out on this fantastic experience!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautifully decorated and well-furnished cottage. It easily accommodated our family of five and our large dog. the bedrooms were comfortable, and there were plenty of towels provided. the woodburning fire added a cozy touch, and we appreciated the starter pack of logs. the welcoming bottle of wine was a lovely surprise. the cottage was conveniently located just a short walk from the town center, although the steep hill may be a challenge for some. We especially enjoyed the nearby moor/field, a perfect spot for walking our dog while enjoying stunning views of the surrounding area. Cons: Nothing at all. ✨.

The cottage is conveniently located within a short distance of Chatsworth House and Buxton Opera House. It provided an ideal base for exploring the surrounding area. The cottage itself was beautifully decorated and furnished, with ample space for our large family and even our furry friend. The well-stocked kitchen, cozy fireplace, and thoughtful touches like warm blankets and pillows made our stay incredibly comfortable. Plus, having Wi-Fi access was a definite plus for keeping everyone entertained. If you have the opportunity to stay here, you won't be disappointed!

My wife says that an extra hour on the check-in and check-out times would have made all the difference for families with children.

Great location for golfing and cycling. Free wifi, so I could stay connected while pretending to be active. Close to Manchester Airport, in case I couldn't wait to leave. The dishwasher and washing machine were a nice touch, like doing more chores on vacation. The garden was a lovely place to ignore.

Oh, I just loved not liking something about this place. Sooo disappointing.

Lovely cottage, close to town, well-stocked kitchen, cozy fireplace, and comfy blankets and pillows. Plus, it had Wi-Fi! The cottage was decorated to a high standard and easily accommodated our group. We also loved the convenience of a small parking space right in front. The location couldn't have been better, just a short walk to the center of town. And the nearby moor/field was perfect for walking our dog, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding hills.

The check-in time of 5pm was a bit late, and the early check-out time of 9am on a Sunday didn't leave us much time for breakfast or activities before 10am. It was also a challenge to maneuver with limited parking and a steep hill to reach the property, especially when traveling with an elderly disabled person.

The location of the cottage is outstanding, being only a short walk away from the town center. The cottage itself is beautifully decorated and furnished to a high standard, making it a comfortable and cozy place to stay. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need, and the fireplace adds a nice touch on chilly evenings. Additionally, the cottage offers Wi-Fi for those who like to stay connected. the location and amenities of the cottage make it a fantastic choice for a budget-friendly stay.

It would have been better if the check-in and check-out times were more accommodating for guests, as the late check-in time and early check-out time can be inconvenient for some travelers.
